MEM Bedford is recruiting multiple Country Account Sales Development Managers to join our team(s) based in Bedford, Bedfordshire.

Job Title: Country Account Sales Development Managers

Job Summary:

Our client is a worldwide leading fashion distributor who pride themselves on their innovation in sustainability. They are a forward-thinking company who can offer the right enthusiastic candidate progression and development with their in-house training.

Each individual manager will be responsible for a division out of the following countries and will need to be fluent in the language, boasting an A Level or Degree : France, Italy, Spain, Germany.

As a Country Account Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for the relationships with existing key clients and driving new sales revenue growth to develop your customer base through effective sales strategies and relationship-building. Your role will involve developing and executing the Company’s sales strategy for the B2B and D2C market whilst delivering exceptional client service. The Country Account Sales Development Manager is responsible for delivering against sales and service key performance indicators in country.


  • New Business & Revenue Development.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting.
  • Competitor and in-country Market Analysis.
  • Contract Negotiation and Deal Closure.
  • Customer Service Support.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Sales Key Account Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales goals.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering value to clients.
  • Excellent spoken and written English plus in-country Language.
  • A knowledge of the fashion industry or sustainable fashion an advantage.

Other Information:

  • Salary £40K ( OTE £65K + )
  • Monday to Friday 9AM – 6PM ( 1 Hour Lunch Break ).
  • Ability to make own way to and from work location.
