Job Description:

MEM Recruitment Bedford is currently recruiting for an Engineering Administrator to join our team based in Shefford SG17.

Engineering Administrator Main Duties:

  • Stock management using computerised stock system
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Approve invoices for payment
  • Update KPI information
  • General admin duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Administration experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • The candidate must have good attention to detail
  • A good level of communication both written and oral
  • The ability to work as part of a team

Additional Information:

  • Temp-to-Perm role after 12 weeks

Shift Patterns:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • 32 hours per week will be considered

Rate of pay:

  • £10.50, Per Hour
