Job Description:

MEM Recruitment Bedford is currently recruiting an Operations Administrator to join our team(s) based in Thurleigh, Bedfordshire, MK44.

Operations Administrator Main Duties:

  • Dealing with customer requests
  • Checking estimates against a price matrix
  • Ensuring internal systems are kept updated
  • Point of contact onsite for drivers and customers
  • Dealing with transport requests

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service/Administration experience
  • A good understanding of GDPR
  • The candidate must have good attention to detail
  • A good level of written communication
  • The ability to work on their own initiative

Additional Information:

  • Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

Shift Patterns:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Office hours 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
  • Hybrid working available
  • Flexible hours when working from home

Rate of pay:

  • £10.10 Per Hour for the first 12 weeks
  • £10.60 Per Hour after 12 weeks
