Job Description:

MEM Recruitment Bedford is currently recruiting for a competent Sales Office Administrator who can handle a variety of tasks in a busy sales office based in Flitwick.

Working within a small friendly company that produces and distributes products to bars, restaurants, and other drinking establishments.

Sales Office Administrator Main Duties:

  • Order taking/processing
  • Invoicing
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Investigating any problems with customer delivery/orders and leasing with relevant parties (production/carrier) to resolve matters
  • Mail shots
  • Scanning

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a sales office environment is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritise workload

Additional Information:

  • Own transport essential
  • This is a temp-to-perm role

Shift Patterns:

  • Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 2:30 pm
  • OR Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 9:00 to 3:00 pm

Rate of pay:

  • £11.53, Per Hour (£24,000, Per Annum)
