The client is seeking dynamic and results-driven Telephone Account Managers to join their sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate contact with potential customers over the phone, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for their Sales Account Managers. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list and market research.
Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.
Gather relevant information about the prospect's needs, challenges, and current solutions.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of lead interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Stay informed about the company's products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Address customer queries and provide basic information about the offerings.
Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of products/services to potential customers.
Handle objections and address concerns to keep the conversation progressing positively.
Build and maintain close working relationships.
Work closely with the sales team to understand their goals and align lead generation efforts accordingly.
Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve sales strategies.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets.
Continuously strive to improve conversion rates and overall productivity.
Conduct timely follow-ups with leads who have shown interest but are not yet ready to commit.
Nurture relationships with prospects through regular communication.
