MEM Recruitment is continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England.
It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our staff and ‘Agency Workers’.
In line with government advice, we have taken steps to allow staff to work from home and are reviewing our branch opening times and safety procedures to allow some of our branches to reopen and begin taking walk-in registrations.
We have updated our online registration procedure, and offer full online registrations to those applying for job roles available.
Within our branches, we will be implementing strict social distancing measures and will provide hand sanitising stations. There will be a limit on the number of people allowed to enter, safety guidelines we will all need to follow, and we encourage you all to call before arriving to arrange a one to one with our consultants. Please view our branch page for more information.
To help combat the spread of COVID-19, we have been putting precautionary safety measures in place, including:
- Educating our staff and ‘Agency Workers’ on preventative measures
- Emphasising frequent and proper handwashing
- Taking advice and guidance from local health authorities
We are working closely with our clients to ensure that they are also meeting the required safety levels within the workplace. They will continue to advise us on their safety measures so we can all keep safe.
The safety of our staff and ‘agency workers’ will always remain our top priority.
