Container Unloaders

MEM Recruitment Northampton is currently recruiting for Container Unloaders to join our team(s) based in Brackmils Northampton.

The main duties are:

• Successfully unload containers of various sizes using manual and  pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently organize and arrange products upon unloading to optimize warehouse space.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming goods to ensure compliance with inventory standards and report any discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, maintaining a clean and safe workspace to reduce workplace hazards.
• Assist with the inventory process, including labelling, sorting, and storing items in designated areas.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• An organised and self-motivated team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to follow processes, especially health and safety/manual handling
• Willingness to work flexibly
• Good communication skills
• Practical, hands on person

Shift Pattern:

8am - 4pm
