MEM Recruitment Northampton is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team(s) based in Grange Park, Northampton.

The Customer Service Advisor main duties will be:

  • Offering excellent service to our customers both internally and externally
  • Taking inbound and making outbound telephone calls to customers providing support and information regarding their order status
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Communication & coordination with internal departments

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Good timekeeping and attendance
  • Very good communication skills
  • Customer service experience

Shift Patterns:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 am to 17:30 pm
  • Some weekends may be required

Rate of pay:

  •  £10.65, Per Hour
