Customer Service Call Centre

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Following “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
• Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensible way
• Data entry input into company inventory management system
• Providing administrative support to the other departments
• Be available to support other areas within the Admin Team

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus, team player and adaptability to different personality types
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office- including Excell

Shift Patterns:

Monday to Saturday (if work Saturday, one day off given during the week)

08:30am to 17:00pm

Salary:

£12.04 Per Hour
