MEM Recruitment Northampton is currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our team(s) based in Yardley Hastings, Northampton, NN7. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced office administrator.
Office Administrator Main Duties:
- Answering telephones
- Booking customers into the diary
- Write mechanics job sheet and put customers’ job cards in daily file
- Daily till banking and fuel
- Take delivery of parts, box up, label, and take to mechanics
- Return parts to suppliers
- Get mileages of vehicles and put them in the diary
- Batch supplier’s invoices on Sage
- Batch suppliers credits on Sage
- Match invoices to customers in daily file
- Take payments from customers
- Match payments on Sage and mark off in files
- Typing estimates
- Writing up job cards for invoicing
- Invoicing customers
- Transferring photos from the camera onto computer
- Applicant must be computer literate
- Preferably has a working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
- Must be a good team player
- Have a high level of numeracy
- A positive attitude
- A high level of time management and personal organisation.
- This is a temp-to-perm role for the right candidate
- 22.5 hours per week
- Part-Time, any 3 days: 08:45 am to 17:15 pm

- £10.00, Per Hour
