MEM Recruitment Northampton is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader – Night Shifts to join our team(s) based in Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3.
Warehouse Team Leader Main Duties:
- Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfill operational and customer demand and meet set targets
- Take delivery of goods inbound, checking for damaged or missing items
- Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse
- Ensure that all lifting and manoeuvering of products and materials is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
Job Requirements:
- Supervisory skills within a warehouse environment
- Ability to motivate and develop others
- Good communication skills
Additional Information:
- VALID COUNTERBALANCE LICENCE DESIRED
Shift Patterns:
- Night Shifts
- Sunday to Thursday
- 21:00 pm to 06:00 am
Rate of pay:
- £25,000, Per Annum
