Training Coordinator

The Training Co-ordinator position provides an exciting opportunity to part of a highly successful team providing support to our customers.

As Training Co-ordinator your key areas of responsibility:

• Managing training enquiries and booking requests from clients
• Building close relationships with key decision makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share
• Responding professionally and within agreed timescales to process all enquiries and booking requests received through our website, by telephone. email or any other tool, as required
• Offering advice and guidance on our training portfolio and related industry certification schemes
• Ensuring that customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion business. Meet and surpass any relevant role related SLA targets and KPIs, as required.

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday 08.00-17.30
• Friday 08.00-17.00
